after payment of rs 5 lakh as booking amount for park generation of bptp in sec 37 d gurgoan for a flat of 1490 sq ft the company is not accepting my next installment saying that the payment is delayed as being in army i have receiveed there demand after six months.
when i enquired about the payment they were ready to accept but later when i send my cheque they denied to accept saying that time for allotment is over.
now they are saying that my complerte booking amount will be forefeited as per there clause which i have not signed.
kindly guide me that in what course i should approach.
