I purchase a insurance through syska gadget secure for my mobile, and the company says that we provide all facility after theft or damage .so I registered a complaint on 08/06/2016 after damage of my phone, company provides me CIN no. 1606073897to resolve my problem in 48 hours but it more than 48 hour…when I checked my status online it’s show your complaint is closed… No further update is available.
Kindly help me to repair my damage by company… If not then they provide me money to repair myself…
