I have a motor insurance with The oriental insurance company limited – policy no-311202/31/2013/1627 period of insurance 29/12/2012 to 27/12/2013..My car wb06 j0593 had met an accident on 01/03/2013 at ultatanga at 5.30 pm due to which i had given my car at spring hundai tangra on 9/3/ 2013 and thus intimated the insurance company on 11/03/2013 abd after recieving the claim form i have filed the claim on 15/03/2013 along with the estimate copy given by spring hundai.. Till today which is 29th march no surveyer has visited the service station to see the car and my car is lyeng in the service station for the last 14 days .In the mean time I have have tried calling the BD and several numbers in the oriice but all in vein .All person picking up the phone is only redirecting it to some other number ..
Please provide me justice
