Claim for Bike Insurance for Theft Vehicle

Insured Name: Kunwar Pal Singh (P013099112)
Vehicle No. UP 13X 9970
Type of Vehicle: Hero Honda Splender+

As I have registered the Claim to
The Registration Authority, District Transport Office, Buland Shahar (UP), Jaipur (Raj.)

I have also submitted all the Required Documents (In Original with True Copy of Each- Form of Registration Certificate, Letter of Insurance, Driving License (Only Copy)).
After Filing my request on 14 Sept 2012 at 02 O’Clock in Malviya Nagar Police Station.

After Struggling with lots of procedure in Insurance Company my Application was registered on 17 Dec 2012 & request of Registration was fulfilled on the 18 Dec 2012(Bulandshahar RTO Office).

Today its More than 05 Months over with my bike theft but still i am struggling for the Claim .
Even the Insurance company is not taking my problem seriously their response is very Harsh & they are not responding with specified response.

Please Help me out.

This overall process is harming me Mentally.

I am getting more or less very much frustrated.
