Cheque return but amount debited from account

Hi,

my Self Gaurav Singh Chauhan , i have Saving a/c in SBBJ Bank in Kanore, Udaipur branch, i issue cheque in favour of Champa lal Rawal on 03/07/12 of amount Rs.5000/- and deposited in Mount Abu Bank of Baroda branch, after two days cheque return with a reason of insufficient balance, when i check my account balance it was sufficient , also when i check my statement , same cheque was debited from my account ( Rs. 5000/- debited from my account on 05/07/12 ) now the cheque is in my hand but non of bank is taking responsibility for this major fault.
