Cheeting (Wrong Commitment)

Name of company/service: Max Hospital

I have been taken some post paid number for last month of airtel.

Airtel Executive(Mr.Pankaj Mobile NO.9871221234) had commited that the local & STD 200 Calls would be non chargable in my plan Max-99.

I have received my airtel bill and they charge to the STD Calls. This is a big theft(Cheeting) from their side.

Now i am complain to them, they are said, what can they do. This is not right for Airtel like big company. They can misguide the people for earning the bussiness.

I feel so bed to see that the person cheet for some money.

So please looking to the matter seriously.
