M/s. Blue Star India, installed hundreds of Defective AC’s ( VRF Units costing around Rs 12 Lacs per unit) in The Omaxe Forest Society) at Noida.
Right from the day of installation, these AC Units are not functioning properly.
M/s. Blue Star Company kept on dilly-dallying the matter and now they say, that the product has completed its life span of 5 years and it’s beyond the warranty period also.
