This is the last mail i have Written to Samsung Guys and got NO Response:-
Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that i have purchased Samsung Grand Phone Costing 21500/- in April, soon after a month my phone started showing problems. Later i gave it in service center and they reinstall the software. But the problem does not resolved. After a month again i gave this phone to another service center of Samsung. This time they again do the same software thing and gave my phone back. Later withing four days the same problem, arises and this time i make the video of those problem and went back to service center.
On this their technician and the branch manager says that we do not accept video as a proof. but fortunately this hangup arises in their service center and they again took my phone for further investigation.
This was third time and i have taken 3 half days leave from my office. Later they cheated on me they returned my phone back saying they have changed the board and now it will work fine.(I got to know about this from one of the working member of Samsung)
Again next day the same problem arises. And this time i yelled at them i did not controlled my anger and i shouted on them. and they said they will change the board again. And the Store manager assures me that if the problem arises hey will either give me a new hand set or refunds me the money back.
Again after 2 weeks the same problem arises. This time when i went there they introduced me to a new Sr. Technician. This guy starts telling me they my phone is getting overclocked because of extra memory space. He was not aware of that i am also Software engineer. Thus he puts my phone in Engineering Mode and said if the problem arises then please call me, i will collect your phone take out the crash log. I said Fine.
This time i put the phone on factory reset and did not install any apps. and the same thing happens again. i took the phone to service center and took the log. and said the will get back to me. later after 3 days they called me and said they need my phone as well. thus they send a guy at my home with the Loner hand set and took my phone. Its almost now more than 15 days and i haven’t hear anything from them.
My Rs.18000/- got deducted from my salary because these people. I would request you please help me, i don’t want this phone anymore.
Below is the final mail which i send to Samsung guys:-
Hi,
I would like to inform you that i have given my phone(Samsung Grand) to your Pune Khardi Service Center. Its been like a month and Your technician are not able to repair it. I have your Loner set with me which is pathetic and not fulfilling my Job. Its affecting my works as well.
Because of you guys my 3 days salary got deducted which is around 18000/-
This is last and final letter to you guys. I would request you to Refund my Money ASAP.
I have all the Call records and crash videos that occurred with my Phone.
Note:- My next letter would be in Consumer Court
