Admission rejected

I was let detained by the college although i had my all documents. The reason of my absence was viral fever. There was a rule regarding detaining which was that students only clearing 1 year will be promoting in 5 semester. I had my medical certificate and my all documents which prove my reason of absence. I submitted my documents to Mr. Pawan Chawla who was the HOD of our department. He showed no interest regarding my admission by which i got detained. It’s a humble request of mine to take a rapid action so that i can concentrate on my future and studies.
