cheating with retailers

I am airtel retailer,nowadays all good net and calling schemes comes on 4g sim and 4g mobile in airtel.but as a retailer I can’t convert my sim into 4g,because rules of Airtel said that if I do this,my sim becomes normal card,so I request to Airtel to change this rules for us
