about refunding

I had ordered blackberry z10 on 28th June and I returned on 5th July. My order I’d is 40634438522724314. Amazon is not refunding my money. I contacted amazon customers care. He told me that money has been sent to your bank account and gave me reference number and I contacted bank then bank customers care told me that there is no transaction with this reference number. Amazon is not refunding my money.
