Name of company/service: www.letsbuy.com
I had ordered a Motorola Card Reader from letsbuy.com. But when I received the product I got only a USB cable.
When I called the customer care of letsbuy.com they are telling the this is the same product that you have
I have also mentioned them the
ID numbers of both the products
which are totally different but then too they are not ready to replace me with the required product. Please help me to to take some action against it and save my money.
