cheated by the company

I have booked digitaltv thru Mr. Manoj(9891239941) for Rs.1590/-.He assured we get all the tamil channels for this with seven months supscription free, but in the month of december 2010 digitaltv got disconnected due to low balance. then i informed Mr.Manoj about the disconnection then he recharged for Rs500/- now again i got disconnected for low balance then i enquired thru service dept. they booked digitaltv for me only for Rs.999/-. with one month subscription free on megapack.I got recepit for Rs.1590/- (receiptno. 0778 dt .23.10.2010) from M/s. VRITI INFOCOM PVT. LTD., fromNoida for south plus pack with Rs130/- as monthly subscription.But the reproduced recepit for Rs.999/- and booked for us.So the agent cheated us and pleased to inform that mistake was done at the agent’s side. Please take necessary action against the dealer for this kind of misbehaviour and assure me to get all the channels in the southplus pack till May 2011.kindly look into the matterand get problem solved.
