I would like to bring to your notice and request you to solve my issue that SandsShoppinghub.com are cheating people on the name of prize money. Mr. Mohan from this sandsshopping called me and said you have won the prize of 5 lakhs on your purchase in 2012, from then on they took money from me, till now Rs. 1.5 lakhs was given to them from myside through credit card. They said that this prize will be given to you in March 31, 2013, but from then whenever I call them the customer service people say that Mr. Mohan and Ms. Vaishnavi are not available in the office, they are on leave, in meetings etc..in between these two people attend my call and say that everything is done you will get your prize next week but to no avail. every time I call I get the same response as next week you will get it, from March till July nothing has been done. I want this prize money plus harassment charges for these many months. I have proofs of credit card statements and recorded calls from Jan 2013 to till now. I am mentioning their contact numbers also, Ms. Vaishnavi-01206725555 and Mr. Mohan 07503727265 both are wife and husband.
Hence, I request you to consider the above and immediately take an action on this.
