i had booked a package tour with m/s samrat travels whose phone no. is 033 2680-7649/2680-5761/2878-6773/6545-3471/3296-7649 for going to uttaranchal convering haridwar rishikesh dehradoon nd mussourie for a tenure of 9 days on 30.01.2013 for my family consisting of myself and wife and daughter for schedule departure on 07th of April 2013 for 9 days ending on 15th of april 2013 with the advance of rs. 6000.00 out of rs. 27000.00 for 3 heads with the intentiton of simply merry marking with other families and rest and recuperation. As our ward is a student and we are working all the year we hardly find any time to go out of the house. You know in these hard days it is very difficult to step even an inch from the house alone . so we decided to travel with them and accordingly i applied for 6 days leave affixing prefixing 8 days to make the journey all out success the day after tomorrow after confirming from them that the response is very warrming of their tour from the customers. all the time i made a query about the participants and always they assure us good response of the tour from the party. i on my own after giving them rs. 6000.00 on 30.01.2013 went their office many a times to know the response and all along they were saying that they have already gathered 15 heads for journey so do not be disheartened. i am a very very simple person and always took everything positively. after that they fail to make any contact with me although at the time of booking they assured me all the facility even money back if satisfactory customer are not turning up. but my utter surprise they came to see me at the night on 06th of april 2013 saying that the tour is ready and i have to go on the following day ie. on 07th april 2013. i asked about the tour party and they said except me everybody withdrawn. i beg to differ and asked to refund my money as at sorry state of affairs i simply declined to go. they assured me of refund over phone with the proprietor and the very person who came to my house. but 7 long days have gone. neither they are responding to telephone nor made any refund. i want to go from pillar to post to get my money back.thnking you in anticipation that you may do something positive for the manking and hope it will be milestone achievement for you for the days to come.
