CHEATING MESSAGE OFFERS

I RECEIVED MESSAGE AS ON DATE 04.06.2013 AS SHOWN BELOW: RECHARGE WITH RC 63 AND CALL ALL LOC @ 20p/MIN & STD @ 30P/MIN OR RC65 TO CALL ALL LOCAL @ 1.2p/2s & STD @1.4p/2s FOR 4 WEEKS.
I SAW THAT MESSAGE & RECHARGE WITH 63 RUPEES AS ON 16.06.2013 BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THAT OFFER.I ASKED CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE THROUGH MOBILE THEY SAID THAT OFFER NOT IN OUR VODAFONE.THEY CHEAT CUSTOMERS.
