Cheating of EASYCAB / CARZONRENT.COM

I had booked a cab for 7th Feb 15:20hrs with booking ID A020700037 from Easycab. Till 14.40hrs, i was assured by your customer care that I will get the car and driver details within few minutes. but when it was 15:25hrs, no confirmation or call came from your end. I again tried calling customer care and got to know that due to unavailability of cabs, they cannot provide the cab to me. Can you please justify which type of service you give? I had booked the cab 24hrs ago of my travel and also got confirmation for the same 2-3 times and at last moment you are giving this type of surprises to customer. even you could send me a SMS mentioning your issue, i would arrange for alternate, but no … why ????
