dear sir,
i placed an order for Kelvinator KSL294MX Frost Free Refrigerator, multicolor on Oct 16, 2013 with infibeam.com for Rs.20,615 on seeing the image given by the retailer.it was a black and white pixelate refrigerator shown in the image.i especially wanted that colour.but when i recieved the product after waiting for 1 and a half months,they had sent another colour – a maroon and white pixelate,which was not even there in their online page.when i contacted customer care,they are telling me that the image is for reference only,but nowhere was it written that the “actual product may vary from the image shown” and also there were no choice for colours for the specific model.hence i thought only black and white is available and that is the only reason i placed the order.now customer care is completely irresponsible about it and nonchalant.they are telling that i need to pay reverse pick up courier cost for shipment from chennai to delhi and also restocking charges of 10%.i feel completely cheated by infibeam.com.
they are also refusing to take the fridge back and return my hard earned money.i dont ask anything more than taking back this fridge and giving my cash back without creating anymore tensions.
