Cheating by Bagittoday

Dear sir,
As per my post tile i have cheated by bagittoday. I have given the whole detail to you for relevant action taking against bagittoday. I have received a call from bagittoday representative Mr. Akash Mathur Mob. No:+8588831393,+9658742580 lot of time for a holiday package Rs.6999. This package contains 3 day & 4 night stay any where in india and some gifts like grasim suiting suit lenght and a watch. I have booked this package December 2013 and its validity was 1 year form the date of purchasing. I have received all of the above said items by Currier. My Booking ID was 1018278113. but when i am interested to going to use this holiday package i have fill the form then i am contacting to representative Mr Akash mathur regarding booking he told me for a booking charge Rs.450 then i have to made this transaction with booking ID:1018336911. for further assistance. And whole form and transaction receipt soft copy send to the email id: [email protected] and waiting for response. But no any person respond me. I have contact to customer care regarding this issue No. 0120-6182100 but they had not been resolve the issue. They told me many times there is no any space available right now whenever space is available the we have to contact to book your holiday tour. I have sent lots of mails at [email protected] but no any proper response i have got. slowly 2 time is being end and i have not getting proper response my package is lost and my money is lost by these types of cheater. And one more things i have also giving them references to booking holiday packages to my friends. They also booked the package but they are also face this problems. It is my heartiest request to you kindly take some appropriate action against these types of cheater.
