Cheating

Dear Sir / Madam,
This is inform you that I have purchased a holiday voucher of Rs. – 3999/- from Bag It Today. They forcefully taken my ATM PIN Card details for purchasing. They told me that is the procedure of their Company. I protest to give the details. But they assured me and take my details. Then the Cheating was started. I not confirm then but still they submitting lots of Booking Ids. Every time I call them they assured me the money is refundable.
The case was on 30th march 2013. I received one booking Id’s product. But still on 17th May 2013 I don’t received any products or refund. My loss is near about Rs. 95000/-. Everyday I call them and they confirming that within this week I received my refund amount and products. It is the daily routine to tell a lie from the Company Bag It Today. I so much suffering for them. Please give me a suggestion. I waste my time and my phone charge. But they are not taking any necessary steps. Belonging to a middle class family it is very tough to recover. Please look my case.
