Dear Sir,
I purchased a Total RO water purifier system from Mr. T. Jayakumar ( Cell: 94441-78164), Head Customer Response Center, Eureka Forbes, New No. 8/88, Ground Floor, Valluvar Street, Pallavaram, Chennai-600043, on July 23rd, 09, & paid Rs. 13500/= (+ my two year old Aquaguard ) from my City Bank Credit Card on same day. Next day I received a pack from Eureka Forbes & got installation on 26th, 09. Right from the first day machine was not working properly. I immediately contacted Mr. Jayakumar & next day one person came from Eureka Forbes & tried to solve the problem & informed that filters of this new machine are not working. I tried to contact Mr. Jayakumar on his cell but his cell was switched off. From that day till today, I am waiting to get his cell working. I made phone calls to several Eureka Forbes nos. (39883333, +91-80-22631000, 044-26584681 / 26584682 / 26584683, 044-26193534 / 26193635 / 26195750 / 26195751, 044-55517566 / 55517567 / 55517568 / 55517569, 044-22301152 / 22301153 / 22301154, 044-55719440 / 55719441 / 55719442, 044-55712565 / 55712566 / 55712567, 22265355, and Ms. Anu –Kotian – 022-30268200.) & send several mails ( mail ids: [email protected],, [email protected], ) but I have not received any response from Eureka Forbes. My machine is not working & I am not getting any response from Eureka Forbes. I request you to please take this matter seriously & do the needful.

    None of the complain number, websites, Email nothing provided a solution. worst customer care. waste of money. Product we bought was UREKA FORBES, Dr. AQUAGUARD MAGNA HD RO +UV, Rs. 17, 000.

    On 03/06/2017, I have logged one complaint regarding issue in my Aqua guard Water purifier (Model xpert ).
    I have called nearly 10 times then some technicians came from Shreya Service Centre and did not resolve the problem. Now they are saying need to replace some parts. While again following up with them and delaying saying that parts yet to received. Now almost one week finished, I am very disappointed there is no proper support from your end. I have purchased this 2 years back. Recently changed filters after that it is not working properly.I have AMC contract also and contract slip No is 27728074.Please look in to this as soon as possible.

    I purchased Aquasure from Eureka Forbes. Its going to be one year since the installation. Despite several request logged for the servicing of the RO, it has not been attended. Hoping for the quicker action on this from Eureka Forbes. Also now leakage has started.
