Name of company/service: Shathayu Ayurveda Wellness Centre

I went to Shathayu for consultation for skin care and weight loss and the doctor asked me to sign-up for a 11 session package for 11,000 Rs and about 1,000 Rs for medicines.

After taking 5 sessions, my skin started breaking out, and my weight was increasing. The doctor said they made a mistake and used the wrong powder.

I asked for a refund for the unused sessions as I had utilized only 5 sessions out of 11. They refuse to refund the money and threatened me.

Please let me know how I can get justice.
