Hi Team,
I have below query, I called Snapdeal Customer care executive but haven’t get satisfactory answers,
1. The order no. 2805931978 is cancelled, I haven’t got any call(09226728283) before cancellation and I have selected the EMI option for this purchase still complete product cost gets deducted from Citi Banks Credit Card Account.
2. Without my knowledge I found another order :- 3806437039 is being placed for the same product and I get to know it’s also being cancelled.
3. My Credit Cards monthly statement gets generated, I have to pay complete purchased price to bank for product that I haven’t purchased and its status is canceled or close.
4. Also When I asked the customer please send the product now from different seller , got the hopeless answer I need order again and need to pay the amount for it.
Please help me on this.
