cheated me for job in canada

Dear sir on 1st oct 2015 Kansas Overseas Agent nimmakayala sridevi called me for jobs in canada we will provide you just pay 1150rs we check your eligible or not. i paid 1150rs i got qualified they sent me kansas evaluation report now they aske me to pay 70000rs early bird option you will got job guarantee said in call i varified this company have offices yes they have offices in hyderabad and many branches so i believed its true because i got mails from company websites so i paid 40000rs after payment they asking me 2 write ielts its essential so i wrote ielts 10600rs + 4000 coaching fee. then they asking me you need WES certificate pay 322CAD in india near about 20000rs i paid then they asking your ielts score is less write again otherwise you not got job. day by day i am losing money and time but no results they didn’t started my process anything taken money now i asked to return my money they are not responding please help me how to get back my money they are steeling money from people
