Very frod company.. Always dedicated balance either use or unused the mobile.
I have 60 rupees balance. In this period i made calls only 5 rupees, but now i have only 0.120 rs.
I will try to contact customer care 198 or *333 but call didn’t connect with customers agents.
Its nt happen 1st time …. Many more times
I thing its a policy of reliance.
Please help me.
