Cheated couple of people and went to U.S.A with that money

Name of company/service: Rajesh Siripireddy

Hi Sir,

We are cheated by the person named “Siripireddy Rajesh” (Was working for Just Dial in Tirupathi), he said he will return money in a month but cheated us and flied to U.S. I have his pan Card. can you please let me know how to trace and catch him to collect money. All are middle class people, trusted and got cheated. please help us.
