Location/place: AHMEDABAD
As discussed with Bank representative Mr. Prashant Semejia on 04.04.2013 , my new customer id is linked with some other mobile no. as shown in the screen short as xxxxx65449 against customer id 22253184.
My existing customer ids are as follows;
ID- 7804777 for HDFC kalyani A/ c – 03201000054947. Mobile no. linked with the a/c 9227242602 Joint account Tamal k Das & Sweta Das.
ID 44404900 for HDFC Sanand branch A/c.-xxxxxxxxxxxxx8898. Mobile no. linked with the customer id is same 9227242602. Salary account TML Tamal K Das only.
Complains;
The mobile no. linked with the new id should be 9227242602 / 9883062542.
1. I got a SMS on mobile no. 9883062542 on 05.04.2013 that “your customer id is enabled. You can log on to net banking “but it is not working.
2. I have not received any communication at my Ahmedabad address (TML Office)for the centralise customer id, though the letter were been received at my permanent address where no one were present to attend.
3. Received calls from HDFC customer care for the assurance of service very soon but on result till now (06.04.2013, 14:35)
What ever, both the customer id is closed and new id is not working for last 3 days.
My parents stay at Kolkata who do not have any pension and have to send the amount through online third party transfer for their survival which is pending due to the customer id problem.
I used to send the amount by the 1st day of every month or if possible on the last day of the month for the next month positively amounting Rs. 10000.00.
4. What should be the compensation?
5. Do we expect this kind of service from HDFC? At least not me.
