Sir, i have a purchased a phone(Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V Mobile Phone) on 11-06-2012 but they have not dispatched it till now and whenever i call then they always tell me that we will dispatch it within 7 days but they haven’t dispatched it till now nd i have already paid for this rs 14,498. once i have also mailed them for cancellation of my order and for refund me my money but there is no reply from there side. So plz do something and take action against timtara.com
