WITH REFERENCE TO THE GRAHAKSEVA COMPLAINT NUMBER :83448 AND 94683 I AM GIVING MY ORDER NO: 4571970 naaptol has told me to send the product and they promised that the product will be replaced and I have sent the product back with the manner as told by them and even confirmed that the product has reached to their place and a confirmation letter has been sent to me on september 04 from kavita M (crm) with a promise of sending the product within 7 to 10 working day, but from last 10 days I am trying and calling several customer care executives and they are saying they have dispatch the product through aramex courier with the awb no:43934052385 when I am tracking this number it is showing invalid number/Data not updated. I just want to know whether they have a true intention to send my product or not .Even the customer people are so reckless and their answer as so rude and one of the guy by name santhosh spoke so rudely and challenged me to do what ever I can if this is a position of a person who have spent 8000 rs and some rs 500 on calls. YOU ARE JUST PLAYING WITH THE CUSTOMER BY GIVING WRONG AWB NO BECAUSE A AWB NO WILL HAVE ONLY 10 NUMBERS WHILE YOU HAVE GIVEN 11 NUMBERS SO THAT YOU CAN POSTPONE AND PLAY WITH THE CUSTOMERS YOU ARE CHEATING THE PUBLIC AND LOOTING THEIR MONEY. I WANT TO KNOW WHETHER YOU ARE KEEPING THE TABLET WITH YOU OR DO YOU HAVE ANY INTENTION TO RETURN IT OR DO YOU WANT ANOTHER 2 MONTHS FOR DECIDING WHETHER YOU WANT TO RETURN THE TABLET OR NOT
