sir,
Due to shortage of money i was unable to pay August month bill my connection was bared on September 22. Now i want to pay the full amount and wants to get my connection disconnected. They are charging
me full month bill and even October month bill even though my connection was not active. I told them last month to disconnect my connection. They had disconnected my connection but are charging the bill.
I request you to please look into the matter and take proper action.
