we have visited country vacation dated 8 may after getting welcome call from company ,they have told us many services & commitments ,listen to that we have swapped our card for 70 k amount for 1o year membership ,but just after swapping we find change in wording & commitments ,like previously they have told me that they will give travel card & provide temporary card immediately & we can book holiday any time ,but after swapping card ,they changed in dramatic way & said you will receive all through courier,so same time we requested to cancel membership & after one hour send mail also to customer care ,but after long follow up finally they agreed to give 40 k cheque on 12 june & remaining 30 they said will provide you a holiday package with one side flight tickets ,but still i havent received my cheque & now they are not responding ,we have called ,mailed many times ,we have all written email proof & sms proof from there side for this refund so pl help
