I would like to file complaint against my apartments association who is cheating us for BWSSB Seawage and Cauvery Connection charges. BWSSB charges are as per flat area basis however our apartment association is charging us on average method because it saves money for 3BHK and Penthouses. We have given several request to resolve this matter internally but this did not get resolve because majority of the flats are 3BHK.Need consumer forum intervention to save my hard earned money.
