Charging Customer without providing information

Location/place: Gujarat

Name of company/service: VODAFONE

I recharged my prepaid vodafone no 9099270690 online for a bonus card on 07th July, 2013. There is no information regarding the activation tme on the web page. Neither in the details for bonus card nor in the FAQs. Now the company charged me regular call rates and expected me to be aware of the conditions. How its possible for a first time user?
VODAFONE Sucks and their customer care is weird.

    We wish to inform you that the ISD69 pack providing you the benefit of ISD calls to USA, Canada and UK (landline) at 1ps/sec for the first 27,000 seconds with a validity of 30 days was activated on July 7, 2013s at 21:41:29 with a confirmation SMS. However, please note that a minimum turnaround time of 4 hours is required for the activation of any pack on your Vodafone prepaid mobile number. Hence, any usage done before the activation of ISD69 pack will be charged as per the standard charges and the charges of Rs.70.40 deducted from your number 90**27**90 are correct. However, as a onetime service gesture, we have processed a credit of Rs.70.40 on your number and the same will reflect in 5 days. Rest assured, we will not be able to process similar credit in the future. We request you to wait for the confirmation SMS after every recharge before using any service.
