BAD INTERNET CONNECTION

FROM JUNE ONWARD I HAVE BEEN FACING PROBLEMS WITH MY INTERNET CONNECTION…THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THOUGH!
I HAVE REGISTERED MANY COMPLAINTS WITH THE COMPANY REGARDING THE ISSUE BUT THE PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED COMPLETELY.EVERYDAY I AM GIVEN FALSE PROMISES BUT ALL IN VAIN!
THEY ASSURE ME OF SENDING AN ENGINEER TO MY HOUSE BUT THERE IS NO CONCRETE STEP BEING TAKEN.MY CUSTOMER ID IS 1106703763
I HAVE THE CALL RECORDINGS AND THE MESSAGES WHICH CONFIRMS THE ABOVE WRITTEN.
PLEASE SOLVE MY ISSUE.I WANT THEM TO PAY BACK THE MONEY FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE AND THE REST OF THE MONTHS THAT THE PLAN COVERS..
PLEASE TAKE SOME SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST TIKONA!
