Sir i requested for the broadband connection of 1 mbps of reliance broadband on 6 april 2013..the connection was installed to my house at 13 april 2013…and since the time i am not getting proper speed for which i subscribed …..they are not launching our complaint..and have only one excuse of NETWORK OUTAGE..increasing the solution date by one week to 10 days …first they promise to resolve iit by 20 april 2013.then 30 april 2013..and then 7may 2013…and now the date has expand more to 15 may 2013…..blogs says that this prob is continued from december 2012..but they are not solving it……in case we do not submit our bill..they impose fine on us..but they are not providing us proper service ..
