Name of company/service: Reliance(GSM)
Reliance(GSM) has been deducting money from my balance without my consent for various Value added Services which I never requested. I have been trying to contact the customer care without any success. I also can’t unsubscribe from these services by following instructions sent by them. This has been happening to me for the past six months. My mobile number is 9749935342. Currently I am in roaming and these deductions in balance is making things very tough for me.
Kindly take any remedial action possible.
