ACOUNT DEACTIVATED EVEN AFTER PAYMENT

got message to recharge
MADE A CALL ->called CC and was told issue will be fixed in next 2 hours
MADE A CALL ->called and was told that dish tv never recieved the Payment ,Was req to send an email with the vc number and the Transaction id
MADE A CALL ->called and was told first that the emails i sent were deleted my mistake was asked to send the email for the transaction id
MADE A CALL ->Called to check the status,WAS TOLD THAT THE EMAILS WHICH WERE SENT DID NOT HAVE ANY STATEMENT FOR THE EMAIL. WAS ASKED TO SEND THE EMAIL AGAIN.Not to mention that i sent 2 emails to your nodal officer bu THEY DONT GIVE A SHIT .
RECIEVED A CALL ->Recieved a call from someone and he ASKED FOR THE STSTEMENT AGAIN AND ASSURED THAT THAT THE ISSUE WILL BE FIXED.WAS ASKED TO SEND THE STSEMENT AGAIN.ACCOUNT NUMBER WAS NOTED DOWN BY THE CC ENGINEER ON SAME CALL
MADE A CALL ->WAS TOLD THAT WE NEED THE DEBIT CARD NUMBER /CC NUMBER.tOLD THEM THAT THE TRANSACTION WAS DONE ONLINE HENCE NO CARD NUMBER REQUIRED(THANKS TO THE DUMB ASS QUESTIONS ASKED BY THE AGENT AND THE MANAGER)
***ALL THIS HAPPENED IN A TIME SPAN OF 18 DAYS AND STILL NO RESOLUTION****

****LAST CALL WAS MADE TODAY AND SOME ONE BY THE NAME Mr Prince ASSURED ME THAT THE ISSUE WILL BE TAKEN CARE.ALTHOUGH I DONT TRUST ANY ONE OF THE AGENTS OR THEIR MANAGERS AS THEY THEMSELVES DONT KNOW WHATS HAPPENING
BUT ANYWAYS HE ASUURED THAT THE ISSUE WILL BE TAKEN CARE WITHIN 24 HOURS.*****
