BSNL has changed tariff rate of BBG FN COMB. Previously internet surfing from 2:00 am to 8:00 am was free, but from month of July they started charging 0.15 rupees for each mb. They changed their plan without any communication. No phone call, no sms or emails. At the end of the month I am witnessing my bill.
This is very unethical for a reputed company like BSNL.
