i m dinesh baveja using tata prepaid number 9289541174 & my plan was Rs 1 for 10 min local & Rs 3 for 1 min STD . but recently tata changed its plan & say there is an increase in base rate .
my point is tata can not alter my plan bcz it is old plan & its validity is till 2012 . and nothing such condition is mentioned when number is purchased .

frc recharge of rs 50 . i have not recharged any such plan , u r telling lie and according to ur feedback call ur executives are not aware about anything , whenever they call , they reply we will revert ur call to our senior . plz tell me how it can be resolved
