change of bill plan

my existing bill plan was changed without any notification in which my all benifits for free minutes, sms, call rates have been increased. I contacted airtel care, relationship center, even email them to get back my previous plan but in vein. They told that the plan is no longer available but in other customers it is still present. I am not the only victim of this fraud some of my friends also. But they get back their previous plan but except me. I am really frustrated and dissapointed with this fraud of airtel. Please help. my number is 9903071272.
