I have a reliance smart GSM SIM,and my no. is +91-9681187942.I recharged my mobile with Rs51,SMS Pack on 5th of october,2009,still i never recieved any balance(SMS balance)for that when i tried to compaint to customer care repeatly.but most of the time they behaved in very rude way,many times kept me on hold for half an hour,and hang up the phone without answering me.many times they said that they are transfering the call to senior but instead of that they hang up the phone before the transfering of the call.after trying for many times,they took my complaint but that was also unresolved.while enquiry they told me that me that they have taken off SMS Pack of Rs51 on very that day,i.e, 5th of october but neither the company nor their retailer informed me about that.they totally refused to refund.i am feeling very low,and i want to sue the company for all the suffering,and insult.kindly help.
