I have purchased internal speaker for my laptop (Compaq Presario V6000) from HP authorized service station i.e. Strategic Marketing, Civil Lines, Roorkee, Uttarakhand. At the time of purchase they said that I can collect my cash receipt after two days. But till date I have not received my cash receipt of internal speakers. Sometimes they are giving me delivery challan receipt, sometimes receipt which states that they have received laptop from me. They were also saying that if you need cash receipt than I have to pay extra 13 percent VAT for which I was agreed. But in any case now they are not giving me cash receipt.
