Name of company/service: Airtel
I have been using airtel no. 8750214111 under Bharti Airtel. Since the above mentioned no. was under our company’s(Nexxbase Marketing Pvt Ltd.) corporate connection and due some reasons i had to get the ownership under my personal name for that i was asked to clear my outstanding and unbilled amount so i made a payment of 2570 against my billing amount 1260 for bill generated on 3 June , so which makes that i have made an extra payment of Rs. 1310 Rs. and further new bill got generated on3 july which was for 531 approx and i use to keep on getting sms n calls from airtel regarding payment for the bill and when i asked that i have paid in advance i got the reply saying i have not made any advance payment. so i have to pay 531 Rs again.
And I was adviced by the airtel team that this advance money would be adjusted in next bill.
When i tried talking and mailing to airtel @121.airtel.in i received reply after 3 day saying that kindly email us back as our server is down.
This kind of careless attitude and behaivour against me had me feel damn upset against airtel and now i want to go legal. Kidnly help and advice
