BPL holder’s electry fees take contractor

sir, i am Dinabandhu Behera, from – dist – dhenkanal,at – jualibandha,po- mathatentulia. sir i want to solution in BPL Holder’s connection electric but contractor and electric man every people’s collect money @ rs – 500.00 + 150, why i will deposited rs.650.00. i am very poor man, so plz issue in this case.
