Name of company/service: Airtel broad band
I was using airtel broadband for last 5 months then i had to change my house and applied for shifting of connection though i got the connection on my new address the internet service did not start even after 20 days durng this period i called customer care service atleast 5 to 6 times but all in vain finally i m getting bsnl connection .one more thing this airtel is not for the people who use internet quiet a lot because in that case the bill will be very high. I have decided not to pay them there dues and goin to consumer court for this mental torture and academic loss i suffered.
