Name of company/service: standard charted bank
I was given a offer of card enhancement package from SC bank. They said it will reach me within 20 days from the date of subscription. But after about two months,the package has not reached but the charges are being updated into my account,along with late charges,which I do not want to pay. Please help me in resolving this.
