CAR INSURANCE POLICY NOT RECEIVE SINCE LAST SIX MONTHS

Name of company/service: UNITED INDIA INSURANCE CO. LTD.

I Have taken a Car Insurance of UNITED INDIA INSURANCE CO. LTD. company Executive Mr Monu (Mobile 8750058199) having Cover Note No- 042382. But your company executive have not sent Policy till date form 03/03/2012. I have given a check bank of Baroda Amount Rs 6,461. My check was cleared immediately But policy not sent till date. I have called many time Executve .He did not pick my phone,If he picks my phone He did sufficient response .I have to face many problem till date, My car has challan also due to Insurance. Book No is 2040 Challan no 101987,Thana Om Singh ,Yatayat Police,Gautam Budh Nagar,Noida.Who is responsible for this? Please tell me Staff is rude, irresponsible and least bothered. Please help me on this.
