On 19th July 2012 BSNL activated voice chat service on my mobile without my consent and deducted Rs30 for the same. Then on 13th Aug again it deducted Rs10 from my balance. When I called up to know the reason they said you have opened a biknibabes site. But first of all I don’t open such sites and secondly no one else also used my mobile. Since it is a government company they think that they can do whatever they want and can deduct anyone’s balance for no reason.
