This is in regards with the call charges with aircel which is my service provider.My mobile number is 8897366270
I had made a call to Paris, France. I spoke for 75 seconds and i was billed 21 Rs. for the same. So i called and checked with the customer service and they informed me that it was Rs. 6.40 per minute. the call rates with other service provider is also approx.7 Rs to make a call to Europe. So i lodged a compliant for the same and was being told that the issue will be taken care of after which i receives a SMS from aircel saying that my issue has been resolved which means they should have reimbursed me with Rs.8.20 as the calling rate is 6.40 which didn’t happen so i called back again to check the call rates again so one person said that the call rate is 10.5 Rs as a result i was charged 21 rs for 75 secs. Then i called again and someone said it was 6.40 rs. next i call they say it was 15 rs/min to call Paris, France. this means they are cheating us and don’t have the correct information, and when asked to speak the manager then they will keep me on hold or else disconnect the call or transfer me to a different department where no one will answer the call and it will keep ringing and finally i had to call back again and again but no help. So i request you to kindly look in ti this and revert to me at your earliest as this company has duped me and furbished wrong information to me.
