Name of company/service: Reliance broadband
i have reliance broadband connection but due to some reason i have requested in customer care for termination of this connection on 4 june 2012 and request no. was 180439442. After few days i contact again in customer care for status of my request then they told me that termination of connection is not done so i request again for termination and request no. was 182284875. i have already paid bill up to 26 june 2012. receipt no. S217235865. Now they send me 2 next bill up to 27 july and amt. is 1074/- even after two times request i have done for termination in june. and now they threat me for legal notice to pay this bill.
so i am requested to you take immidiate action to resolve this problem.
